Stage 1 — First 30 Days
Full Placement Assurance. If a placement does not meet expectations within the first 30 days, SCOUT will honour a full fee reimbursement.
Stage 2 — 31 to 90 Days
Performance Alignment Assurance. If a placement concludes within this period, a 50% adjustment of the placement fee applies.
Stage 3 — 91 to 120 Days
Extended Fit Assurance. A 25% adjustment of the placement fee applies.

1. Definitions
Placement — engagement of a candidate introduced by SCOUT into a permanent role with the Client. Placement Fee — the agreed fixed fee of £5,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commencement Date — the first day of employment. Assurance Period — 120 days following the Commencement Date.
2. Placement Assurance Structure
2.1 0–30 Days: 100% refund. 2.2 31–90 Days: 50% refund. 2.3 91–120 Days: 25% refund.
3. Exclusions
- Redundancy or organisational restructure
- Business closure or insolvency of the Client
- Material change in role, duties or compensation post-placement
- Misconduct or breach of employment contract by the candidate
- Voluntary resignation unrelated to performance or suitability
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds calculated on the original Placement Fee. Processed within 30 days of written notification and confirmation. SCOUT may request reasonable supporting evidence.
5. Liability
SCOUT's total liability shall not exceed the Placement Fee paid for the relevant candidate. SCOUT is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
6. Relationship to Main Agreement
These terms operate in addition to SCOUT's standard Terms of Business. In conflict, the main commercial agreement prevails unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales; parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
