1. Overview
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 More than 24 hours' notice
- Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge
- No fee will be applied
- Credit can be transferred to a future session
2.2 Less than 24 hours' notice
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply
- Alternatively, the session may be forfeited at SCOUT's discretion
2.3 Same-day cancellations / no-shows
- A 100% session fee will be charged
- No refund or reschedule will be provided
3. Late Arrivals
- Sessions will run for the remaining scheduled time
- Full session fee remains payable
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show
4. Packages & Bundled Sessions
- Individual session cancellation terms apply to each booked session within a package
- Missed sessions within a package are not refundable
- Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by SCOUT
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice
- SCOUT will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new time slots, subject to availability
6. Exceptional Circumstances
SCOUT may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.
7. Policy Enforcement
This policy protects scheduling fairness, coach time allocation, and service quality for all clients.
